Ted Lee was born in Toronto, ON and raised in Vancouver, BC. He was hired as a Mutual Fund Representative for Cartier Partners while attending Kwantlen University College in November 2002.

He graduated in May 2003 with a Bachelor Technology (IT) degree. He also holds diplomas from Capliano College (1986) in North Vancouver, BC and Diver's Institute of Technology (1978), Seattle, WA.

In September 2005 he completed the Life Long Qualification Program (LLQP) and obtain his insurance licence.

Ted started investing in 1983 with 10 shares of Bell Canada Enterprises (T.BCE) and 10 shares of Nova Chemicals (T.NCX) when he purchase shares at Toronto's first financial forum. Founding member of the ZZZ Investment Club 1999. He now has almost a million dollars in personal assets while supporting a family of six.

Ted's main focus is to help people from his experience with investing and taxation. He has learned the principles of passive investing and about "Getting ahead by not losing" concept.

He lives with his wife Jenny of 16 years, three daughters, Tessa, Yvonne, and the new born Michelle. Plus has mother-in-law, Wang-Rong.

He has been awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Vancouver Police Force (1974), UNEF II medal from the United Nations (1977) and Canadian Peacekeeper Service medal (1992).

Pearl Tingle has been in the financial service industry for more than 15 years. After leaving the Early Childhood Education field, she started her career helping young families in British Columbia save for their retirement by showing them how to buy term life insurance as opposed to whole life insurance, and invest the difference.

She is presently an Investment Fund Advisor with Investia Financial Services Inc. in British Columbia and Alberta. She is helping her clients take hold of their financial future by recommending sound investments, insurance, and tax strategies.

Pearl has a degree in Early Childhood Education and has completed four of the necessary courses towards her CFP.

Pearl served previously for three years as Chair of the Southern Baptist Foundation Canada, and is currently serving as a board member. She is an active member of her church in the areas of teaching and strategic planning.

She also spearheads fund raising efforts in the community for distressed areas in the Caribbean.

Pearl and her husband George live in Surrey BC. They have one adult son Michael. When not working at helping her clients; she enjoys photography, travel and music.
